How does it work?
E-wallet has mainly two components, software and information.
How do I use e-Wallet?
Software component stores personal information and provides security and encryption of the data whereas information component is a database of details provided by the user which includes their name, shipping address, payment method, amount to be paid, credit or debit card details, etc.
Download the app on your device. Sign-up by entering the relevant information. The user will receive a password. Load money using debit/credit card or Netbanking. After shopping online, the e-wallet automatically fills in the user's information on the payment form. Once the online payment is made, the user is not required to fill the order form on any other website as the information gets stored in the database and is updated automatically.
Merchant downloads the app on his/her device. Sign-up by entering the relevant information. The user will receive a password. Self-declare yourself as a merchant. Start accepting payments.
- If you cancel your appointment less than 2 hours after scheduling the service, there will be no penalty your full amount will be refunded to you within 5 working days.
- If you cancel your appointment more than 2 hours after scheduling the service, there will be a service charge deduction and the remaining amount will be refunded to you within 5 working days.
- If you cancel your appointment after the technician visit, there will be a service charge + convenience charge deduction and the remaining amount will be refunded to you within 5 working days.
- If you cancel your appointment after the technician attended the service request. There will be no refund.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
- The JustPe have skilled technician for all its service requests; we do our best to serve you.
- We provide free-of-cost re-service assistance within 30 days of service.
- You can cancel your request at different stages of service request, for more details please go through our ‘cancellation and refund policy’ document.
- If you cancel your appointment after the technician attended the service request. There will be no refund.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation please we urge you to verify your request before your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by using the cancel option available in our mobile App.
